have you heard of missingo.?well...there's a good side to finding him!you should do this with rare candies or master balls like i did.ok,let's go!
you will need:
access to cinibar island by fly
thunder badge hm02
hm3 soulbadge
6+ items
ok...step 1:fly to viridian and get old man to teach you how to catch pokemon.
step 2: fly to cinibar island.
step 3urf along coast, where land and water meet.
if you did it right,it should take a bit longer for the battle to start.
then a missingno. or 'M' should appear.defeat them or run from them.
catching 'M' is okay but not missingno.,as he will seriously glitch up your game. before battling put an item you want loads of in the sixth slot.

Thanks dude but I already have a guide for this. I'm thinking about making a glitch dex (kinda like www.trsrockin.com but with more info.) instead of a normal pokedex. I have a GBC gameshark and a GBA Gameshark so anything is possible.

You are right that Anythings is possible. I want to say that It seem to be very hard to make the glitch dex as well. I have never heard about it, But Sound like difficult. I hope that You will guide for it as far.
