Caffeine is not that bad

There's no substitute of caffeine for a healthy diet and plenty of exercise if trying to lose weight. If one takes moderate amount of caffeine (2-3 cups of coffee daily) then caffeine acts as a good solvent in your body and aid in weight loss. Smile

According to recent studies it has been proved that caffeine can not only increases memory, but it has lots of other health benefits with outnumber few of the cons. It detoxes the liver, it keeps you alert while driving at night, it wards off aljheimer's, protects eyelash spasm, relieves post work out muscles pain, stimulate hair growth and many more benefits which I don't remember at them moment.
