The two heated exchanger style is the key operate that allows a 90%+ AFUE heating unit to operate so efficiently. A primary heated exchanger controls the key of the heating unit and the natural gas fire (propane, oil, heating oil or what ever the heating unit burns) of the heating unit dropping. As the dropping are engaged within of the heated exchanger, the heated exchanger gets hot so that when the heating unit electric inflator changes on, forced air goes over the hot heated exchanger to allow for heated return to occur, providing heated air through your air programs and to gradually heated the air in your home.
